1 General Rules

Tk4 is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between tk4 and all users of the platform.

By using tk4's services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use tk4's services.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To create an account on tk4, you must meet the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on tk4. A government-issued ID or birth certificate may be requested to verify your age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using tk4.

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
• Keeping the password secure is solely the user's responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on tk4. All transactions are processed securely and transparently.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and USDT are accepted payment methods.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory for all betting on tk4. In the event of any irregularity, tk4's decision is final.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Tk4 reserves the right to void bets in the case of minor betting errors.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Delayed odds may apply in Live Betting due to network issues.
• Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts will be treated as arbitrage.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on tk4 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Complying with these terms is essential to ensure fair use of bonuses.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been met.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the bonus period expires.
• Using the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Tk4 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 KYC Verification Process

In accordance with international regulatory guidelines, tk4 verifies the identity of all users. This process is mandatory to prevent money laundering and ensure financial security.

Required Documents

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or utility bill (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals will be limited until verification is complete. tk4 reserves the right to request additional documents if required.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Tk4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the reasons listed below. This decision may be made with or without prior notice.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Match-fixing or misuse of insider information.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

Tk4 takes Responsible Gaming seriously. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we have a range of player protection tools in place.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once a set loss limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: Get reminders about how long you've been playing.
